These terms apply when you list a service or a product on Wellness Scanner, from anywhere, run by UAB „Enrize“ (company code 307608150, Trinapolio g. 41, Vilnius, Lithuania). They add to the general Terms.

Listing

• You list only services you run or products you sell, or that you're allowed to list, and the details you give (price, duration, place, description, photo) are true and kept up to date. You're responsible for what your listing says.
• You hold the qualifications, licences, permits and insurance your services need where you provide them, and your products meet the rules where you sell them (for example on labelling and cosmetics safety).
• A photo you link to must be yours, or one you're allowed to use, and must show your own place, work or product. It's checked with the rest of your listing before it shows.
• There's no account needed. When you list you get a private link to edit, pause or delete your listing. Anyone with the link can change it, so keep it safe. If you lose it, write to us from the email on the listing.
• Listings are checked before they go live, and again if you change the link where people book or buy. We may decline, send back or remove a listing, for example if it's inaccurate, makes medical claims or promises results.
• We count how many people click through to your site and show you the number. We add "utm_source=wellness-scanner" to your link so you can see these visits in your own analytics.
• Member deals are optional. If you add one, the code must be real, work in your checkout, and be honoured for Wellness Scanner members as described. You can change or remove it at any time from your manage link. We show the code only to signed-in members and tell you how many took it.
• Listing on Wellness Scanner is free for now. We'll tell you before that changes.

Your clients and customers

People book or buy and pay on your own site or marketplace, under your terms. You're responsible for your service or product, your prices, cancellations, delivery, returns and refunds, your clients' health and safety (including asking about allergies and conditions that matter for a treatment) and how you treat their data.

Content

You let us show your listing on Wellness Scanner and in tools that use Wellness Scanner, for as long as it's listed. You keep all rights to your content.

Ending

You can pause or delete a listing at any time. Questions: hello@enrize.com.
