Privacy Policy

UAB „Enrize“ (company code 307608150, Trinapolio g. 41, Vilnius, Lithuania) is responsible for your data on Wellness Scanner. Contact: hello@enrize.com.

If you're looking for a service or a product

• No account is needed, and we don't use advertising cookies.
• Your search and filters are kept in the page address so you can go back or share them. We don't store them.
• What you tell Discover (the kind of service, city and budget), your deck and your shortlist are kept only in your browser, on your device. We don't receive them.
• Your language is remembered in a small cookie on your device, if you choose one.
• Going to a provider's site: we count how many times each listing's "Book" or "Buy" button is used, without recording who used it. The link we send you to includes "utm_source=wellness-scanner" so the provider can see the visit came from Wellness Scanner. Once you're on the provider's site, their privacy policy applies, including for your booking or order.
• Listing photos are loaded by your browser from the address the provider gave, so that site receives an ordinary request from your device (including your IP address) when you see the photo. We don't tell it which page you're on.

If you list a service or a product (providers)

• The listing you write, including the link to its photo, which is shown publicly once approved, and the version of the terms you accepted.
• Your email, which is never shown publicly. We use it only to contact you about your listing.
• Your private manage link. We store only a scrambled form of it (a hash), so we can check it but can't read it back.
• How many people clicked through to your site, which we show you.
• Fill it in with AI: if you use it, the link or description you give, and the text of that page, go to our AI provider to draft your listing. We don't keep them, and nothing is listed until you check it and send it.

If you sign in for member deals

• You sign in with a link we email you, no password. We keep your email and sign-in details.
• When you take a listing's code, we record that you took it, once, so we can tell the provider how many members took their code. Providers see only the number, never who you are.
• Signing in is also how the Wellness Scanner team and connected AI agents use Wellness Scanner.

Why, and on what basis

• Showing listings, running the listing service and member deals: to provide the service (contract).
• Counting click-throughs, security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest.
• Keeping records of accepted terms: legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Who processes it for us

• Hosting, database and sign-in: Supabase, through Lovable Cloud.
• Drafting listings with AI: Lovable AI, which uses OpenAI models.

Some of them are outside the EEA; where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Listings and the provider's email: while the listing exists. Delete it from your manage link, or ask us, and it's deleted; copies in backups expire within 30 days. Sign-in accounts, and the record of codes you took: until you ask us to close your account, when both are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it: write to hello@enrize.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or the authority where you live.
